Upon arrival in the enchanting city of Luang Prabang, a friendly local guide will warmly welcome you and accompany you to your hotel. After settling in, take your time to explore the city at your own pace.
Overnight in Luang Prabang
After breakfast, at 8:30 AM begin your day with a photo stop at the historic Old French Bailey Bridge, once a key trade route, followed by a visit to a vibrant local market. Continue to Xang Kong Craft and Textile Village to see handmade paper, silk, and traditional Lao handicrafts. Travel onward to the Whiskey Village to sample homemade rice whiskey, then cruise upstream to the Buddha Caves, home to thousands of Buddha statues left by pilgrims since the 16th century. Relax as you boat back to Luang Prabang, enjoying the peaceful river scenery.
